Content on the MedovaLife website, waitlist, and public intake assistant is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.

No Provider-Patient Relationship

Using the website, joining the waitlist, or chatting with the intake assistant does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only if and when an independently licensed clinician accepts you for care.

Eligibility and Availability

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the patient-facing services described on this site.
• Treatment availability varies by state, clinician licensure, clinical appropriateness, and applicable law.
• Not every person who joins the waitlist or completes intake will be eligible for treatment.

Clinical Review and Prescriptions

All treatments require independent clinical evaluation and approval. No prescription is guaranteed. Clinicians may require additional information, synchronous telehealth, laboratory data, or in-person follow-up before determining whether treatment is appropriate.

Pharmacy and Compounded Medications

MedovaLife does not dispense medications. Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacy partners disclosed during care. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products. Off-label prescribing may be lawful and clinically appropriate, but outcomes are not guaranteed.

Pricing, Waitlist, and Founding Offers

• Any pricing or founding offer is subject to launch timing, capacity, eligibility, and these Terms.
• Joining the waitlist does not reserve treatment, create coverage, or guarantee access in your state.
• Displayed prices apply only after approval and activation, if offered.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

If you activate a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. Subscription timing, payment, pause, cancellation, refunds, and renewal handling are controlled by your plan terms, payment processor, and applicable law. Where offered, cancellation is available from the patient dashboard.

Emergency and Crisis Situations

Do not use this site, the waitlist, or the marketing chat for emergencies. Call 911 for medical emergencies. Call or text 988 in the United States for mental health crisis support.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. MedovaLife does not guarantee uninterrupted service, universal state availability, eligibility, clinical outcomes, or prescription approval.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
